I can't install netsurf, Is there a problem with the repo?

I tried to install netsurf the traditional way.

13 (to install netsurf)

But the server returns an error:
 

awk: can't open '/tmp/select.ans': Permission denied
wget: server returned error: HTTP/1.1 404 Not Found
less: can't open 'vfat.info' : No such file or directory
rm: can't remove 'vfat.info' : No such file or directory
vfat

What's the problem?

Note, I think that the problem is on my end and I can't install any other app, because I keep receiving the same error

Strange, because I didn't do anything else other than installing tiny core linux...

Is there a way to fix this, because I couldn't find anything about this after googling this issue...
