need good or small GUI *.iso editor

need good or small GUI *.iso editor
which can add or delete files and dirs in *.iso file
without changing anything in boot options of this image

 [like UltraISO under ms-wirus ;) ]

9660 cannot be written to as a mounted filesystem.

Why not search the repository for a utility and try them, see which one's fit your needs.?  and let us know

yes the isomaster is fully good software
 but is it any small replasement for text mode

You can get away with that if you wish to alter a text file AND don't change the number of sectors
it occupies AND you don't physically move it to another location. Otherwise, its:
mount
copy
unmount
modify copy
mksiofs
burn

Not a GUI tool but worth to try xorriso provided by libisoburn.tcz
