This is not a bug. LXDE doesn't support Ondemand.

Only these extensions are working which were installed before the upgrade. All new (OnDemand) extensions are displayed correct in the menu but without any function.

Your didn't say from what version up updated.
There are many changes along the way that are described in the release notes. If these are not followed then expect the unexpected.
