can not autologin tc (remaster)

Hi All

      i just remastered  tinycore initrd. and copyed to the other computer .
It would show box-login shell, needed input tc or root.

       
      I remastered tinycore initrd in the computer. Sometimes it will be Ok.
      I don't know why . please give me some suggestion.
