Problem booting into MC: error with mounting Xlibs.core.tczl
« on: October 16, 2009, 05:08:30 AM »
I am having trouble booting into microcore. Just after the line about loading extensions, I get
Code: [Select]
Warning! Errors occured during the loading of the extensions.
mount: you must specify the filesystem type
occured while loading: /mnt/sda7/tce/Xlibs.core.tczl

This a fresh install, running for the first time. My boot codes are tce=sda7 home=sda7 opt=sda7 max_loop=255
The file system is ext3, I had been using it before with tinycore just fine. All the files in /home, /tce and /opt were deleted before booting, and the 2 fresh core elements were copied over into /tce before booting.

Any ideas?

Found my problem - incomplete download of Xlibs.core.

Thgis is probably due to another problem that is driving me up the wall - my wifi connection is suddenly very flaky.
