filetool - micoCoreLinux
« on: February 05, 2025, 07:53:38 AM »
Hello,
I just started using microCore Linux.  In the "Into the core" manual I read that the filetool utility would save a number of essential files between restarts.
I tried adding a user and a few other things, but this information was not retained between boots.
I checked the /opt/.filetool.lst file - and also made a few changes there. None of these were retained.
Should there be a filetool utility?
(I could not see in on the system, not was it found by tce)
Any help would be much appreciated.

Disregard.
I found the script /usr/bin/filetool.sh which does the job.
