[Solved] safe node win 10

HEllo forum,

Can you help Dealing with  Win 10 laptop issues here that revolve around USB failures...failure to initialise devices or detect mice  etc..........

The issue could be a virus .......or indeed some power related peripherals issue

Do you know , will   "safe mode  startup"..... help  for   win 10..........?

The machine seems INTERMITTENT on the usb issues and will cycle around
between  the  "dysfunctional win 10  FAST REBOOT"  feature ....... in contrast to doing a clear RESTART ......after a complete shutdown......

i think it's initialisation of connected peripherals.........issues  with USB
and bios  "power settings" related issues........


it is very  annoying indeed ,  since  using "poor trackpads" with Lame drivers in win 10  isn't so nice...

..... a   usb mouse is much preferred  ..........but it gives the issues

Hello Forum,

This OP  seems to not be a problem after some setting of Device manager options.

DISSARMING  conflicting  devices that are trying to DEPLOY ( initialize)  but can't

sure it must help  ........

Back to the same problems here..........Intermittent   issues with USB  initialisation of peripherals

SAFE  MODE   for win 10 ............seems the only other thing that
may help.........

OP  mark as solved.

Indeed a "power" issue.  The USB peripheral was NOT actually connected
properly to the USB socket and so not receiving POWER........
( repaired by making the USB conducting connection GOOD........between  device and USB socket.
