recordmydesktop does not save
« on: September 15, 2023, 02:32:31 PM »
Running TC14 and trying to record my desktop screen for a youtube.  After I enter the command recordmydesktop --device hw:1,0 --fps 30  it states recording  but after Ctrl-C to start encoding to an out.ogv file, it does not save (terminal quickly changes to a prompt).  Audio is setup correctly verified by playing youtube in vivaldi browser.  Anyone know why I am not getting out.ogv file?

What happens when you type recordmydesktop in a terminal window?

Hi Juanito
Rlottien wasn't using recordmydesktop. He previously posted a link
to some company selling recording software for Windows and Mac.
I removed those posts. I don't know what  fdd  means.
