TC-plus-6.4.1Code: [Select]$ slocate mcslocate: fatal error: Could not find user database '/usr/local/var/lib/slocate/slocate.db': No such file or directorytc@box:~$ sudo updatedbsudo: updatedb: command not foundAny other way to generate slocate.db?
slocate -u
I just saw I should use the -u flag first to generate the db.Code: [Select]slocate -uWill check later and report.
Comments: Run "slocate -u" as root to create or update the database. That can take several minutes and must be done before using slocate.
sudo slocate -u
sudo suslocate -uexit
