Hello
Please can you tell me which is the most lightweight email client in tcl?
how do you arrange that client so that it can read your yahoo and gmail etc and send.
thanks
Vince.

Potential candidates:
In 4.x repo: mutt, alpine
In 5.x repo: sylpheed-gtk1, claws-mail
WRT yahoo and gmail alternatively you might consider using webmail with links or elinks.

thanks
webmail sounds like a good idea.
Alpine is good ....extremely comprehensive
Claws is nice but when it connects to my yahoo it wants to grab every single email in my inbox...some 20 thousand
messages as it populates the account.
i Suppose it would also want to grab all other "folders of messages" too
other clients i have used previuosly just connect to your yahoo and instantly show you the same as what you'd
see in yahoo..... no downloading or such like
