That's a wee bit out of the way from here, but in the interest of enjoying it vicariously, can you give us a preview of what will be on display at the Core exhibit?  And what facets of Core you hope most to emphasize to interested passers by?

32 bit core4.7.7, Xprogs, Xorg-7.6, wbar, jwm  |  - Testing -
PPR, data persistence through filetool.sh          |  32 bit core 8.0 alpha 1
USB Flash drive, one partition, ext2, grub4dos  | Otherwise similar

We will have a continuous loop of the recently updated videos, from Curaga and Brian, showing the use of Core.

Plan to show Core on all ports, x86, x86-64, raspberry pi and allwinner.

We will have three double sided flyers describing our project. 5 team members to help man the booth.

Last year the most often asked question was regarding arm ports. But I am sure this year it will be "Do you have quad-core arm ports?" Impossible to keep up to changing technology! But still having fun after all these years.

Scale is a laid back fun geek fest. Always looking forward to attending.

If you are in the area and are planning on attending I have been given a special discount count just for Tiny Core users.
The code will provide a 50% discount on full conference pass. PM me and I will send to you.

SCaLE 11x was a blast.   Lots of great presentations and it was really fun to help out with the Tiny Core booth and meet so many people.

Here are some pictures from the show:

A record breaking event was had no only by Scale as a whole, but also for interest in Tiny Core. Last year, over the two days that the exhibits were open, we handed out just less than 100 flyers. This year all 100 flyers were gone by late Saturday afternoon.

The interest in Arm was high with many taking out their cell phones to photo our arm machines running Core. Tiny Core was also more visible by partaking in the Scale "poker" game. The team also attended the Raspberry Pi Birds of a feather on Saturday night, where the differences in Core's philosophy became stark to the typical distro be it for arm or x86.

I am extremely thankful to the team members who help with booth duty. I could not handle such alone. It was another exciting and very successful event.

I am so thankful for the opportunity that the Scale event provides for FOSS projects such as ours.

Sounds like it was a fantastic day, a shame I'm in the wrong country for it.
