Cant't download tzc's via App browser

I just booted the latest TinyCore 4.6.1 and are using the AppBrowser. I can see all the App's, and I want to install tc-Install.tzc version 0.6.
I press "Downlaod and Load" then "Go" - but nothing happens.
It seems like all tcz in the AppBrowser can be viewed, but I'm unable to install any.

On the other hand I'm able to install Scm's via the sCM BROWSER.

Is there a problem with the AppBrowser??

Please launch it from a terminal, and if there are any messages reported there. "apps"

I just downloaded the new version 4.6.2 and now it is working again. I noticed that now there was a pop-up window stating something about first time use, and selection of the fastest server - that pop-up did not come when I had the problem.
