« on: January 20, 2012, 12:38:43 PM »
Hello,
I installed today TC4.2.1 on that PC of the small boy of a friend (it was too slow with WinXP).
A MTRR error appear at Boot.
See the end of the dmesg.
Is this ennoying? I could not identify a major issue.. but who knows later..

It would only affect 3d performance.
The only barriers that can stop you are the ones you create yourself.

ok. So, this is not a major issue.
Anyway, how to solve this? = how to have the full 3d performance?
BIOS update?
Other?
This PC will go into a family where the big boy is studying computer science and could be occupied with improving the system (the small boy = 12 years will have this pc).
So, if I have no time, I will write to him a TODO list for improving that PC.
