Xprogs tce bug: aterm issue resoved on the latest version
« on: December 24, 2011, 01:19:48 PM »
hi all, aterm version included on Xprogs (1.00.01) has a bug, it does not recognize dead keys if loaded us-intl layout in Xorg. It seems to be resolved in the 1.0.1 aterm latest version. I will try to update Xprogs, as well as i call you to make the same.

it seems the same but some debian users have patched and rebuild it. I have not yet tried but may be good idea to put in ¨our¨ Xprogs the binary of debian package.

Our general policy is to not use binaries if at all possible. Will take a look at the Debian patches for aterm.
