AppBrowser shows false information
« on: November 10, 2011, 10:20:50 AM »
On the Depends and Size panel of AppBrowser gudev-lib.tct listed as missing extension in the repo for Xfce4.tcz which is false. In fact it was a Thunar dependency in the past, now it udev-lib.tcz but dependecy tree is not in sync.

Doesn't influence installation, but ugly.

The tree files are on the server. AppsBrowser only display such and is not involved with the creation.
With the seemingly many changes to the repository, I suppose that a massive re-forestation might be required!

Just installed OSS_alsa.tcz AppBrowser installed packages like i2c... v4l... and others not listed in Depends or Size window. This means that these list providing false information.

That information is coming from the server not generated by appbrowser.
I again regenerated the tree file for OSS-alsa.tcz and it now displays correctly.

Apparently recent changes to the dep file without regen the the associated tree?
