Libdvd-pkg.tcz for piCore64 v. 17.

Hi there!

Tried to convert a deb package to tcz and that worked but it doesn't make the job. To get HandBrakeCTL to work this package is needed. So if someone would make it I'd be grateful. Mpv works perfect with DVDs that I have ripped and converted to mp4 so it would be perfect.

Thanks a lot for your help! I looked at a whole movie yesterday in mpv! And now I'm going to give piCore64 another and better chance to rip the dvds too. Thanks again!
