mount error when installing TC

I installed piCore and followed the instructions in the readme to expand the SD card partition. I am now trying to install the GUI. I ran "tce-load -iw TC" but I get the following error:

mount: mounting /dev/loop13 on /tmp/tcloop/aterm failed: Invalid argument
Any idea what I am doing wrong?

Hi: Try "tce-load -iw TC.tcz" instead

What does this mean: "PiCore 8 BTW."

If nothing works, just reformat sd card and clean sd card with:
$ sudo dd if=/dev/zero of=/dev/sdx bs=1024 seek=544 count=128  (watch out for the exact device name!)

It turns out it's not downloading some files properly. They show up as 0kb. Manually downloaded them but I was still getting a bunch of other errors. When the GUI loaded it would only show the wallpaper and nothing else. I started from scratch and manually downloaded the repo ahead of time. I've still got lots of other problems but at least that one is solved.

I said piCore 8 because that is the version I am using.
