Opera only browser that respects jwm

Once Opera is positioned, closed and reopened it doesn't block jwm, all the other browsers don't seem to remember, if you position them, close and reopen they will block jwm. A minor thing yes but can it be fixed with say chromium?

What exactly do you mean by "block jwm"?

With chromium, there is a setting to allow the native wm or the chromium-specific to work, this needs to be set to "use wm controls" or whatever the phrase is.
