I have been playing around for a few weeks and tried a frugal install of tinycore to hard drive on a test laptop. I have used the CorePlus iso to boot. during the boot process, I get the above error.

Neither lead to a solution.
I tried the USB stick on an other laptop and it boots and works just fine.
I tried all menu options on both laptops. All work on the test laptop. On the second laptop, the first 7 menu entries all produce the waitforX error.
From the coreplus menu, I selected boot core with X/Gui (TinyCore) + Installation Extension.

Quite a few either work not at all or sork different than what I'm used to. Is there a tutorial for the commands implemented in TinyCore? (I found some relating to Ubuntu and others, but each seems to refer to customized versions of busybox)
