I believe you're going to have to download the necessary extensions using a friend's Internet connection or similar.

If you search these forums, I recall there were several threads about 3g modems and how to configure them

http://distro.ibiblio.org/pub/linux/distributions/tinycorelinux/tcz_3x.html

BTW: Is there a reason why in this table all files (info, list, md5, dep) have active links but not the application (.tcz) itself?

arslan-

There is a script to download and setup a tce directory that will handle dependencies and the onboot.lst file from either Windows or another Linux distro.  Windows requires Cygwin installed  to use the script, as well as either an ext2 or FAT filesystem as TC does not support NTFS for it's tce directory.

To be used for those who want to set up a graphical environment to setup wireless or whatever to achieve net access.

pppd.tcz
bash.tcz

Download all .dep files, and all extensions listed in .dep files. Download all md5.txt files.

Copy and paste them all to /mnt/sda1/tce/optional. Change sda1 to the appropriate partition.

Include pppsetup.tcz in On Boot.

Run pppsetup.

Refer to links mentioned above, for additional modifications.

Many people see what is. Some people see what can be, and make a difference.

Copy and paste them all to /mnt/sda1/tce/optional. Change sda1 to whatever partition you have Tiny Core installed in.
The only thing that really matters here is putting the tce dir in the root of either a fat or ext2 partition. It does *not* have to be on the same partition as tinycore.
