How to persist xorg.conf?

I have Xorg-7.5 installed, and I want to set the nozap -- but how do I persist xorg.conf, given that it is in /etc/X11 ?  I am using the opt, tce, and home bootcodes.

Add it to the list in /opt/.filetool.lst.
