SDL.tce Update to 1.2.14?

Yesterday i tested the SDL with Alsa. There seems to be a problem with this
1.2.13 and Alsa. When i had more sound applications running, there was only
sound from one - the first started application. Others were blocked.
Tried different things like SDL_AUDIODRIVER=alsa aso. but nothing worked.
Then i tried the last stable SDL 1.2.14 and it works fine now!

Could you please update the SDL to 1.2.14?

It's on my todo list, but if you've already built it, why not submit the extension?

i only replaced the library from the SDL.tce extension with the runtime library
from the libsdl.org homepage to test it.
