Is there list of compatible hardware somewhere?

Perhaps somewhere we can upload info on PC's we have successful TinyCore installs running on?

I have just finished installing TinyCore on a DELL Inspirion 4000
Intel 686 (Pentium 3) 700 MHz
192 MB on RAM
64 MB video ram
10 GB ide hdd
and a CD-R
using a PCMCIA to run my TEW-421 TrendNet to connect to my WIFI net

This laptop was built for Windows ME/2000!

Tinycore v3.0 runs great!

Thanks, Daniel

I don't think such a list of systems would be very helpful though.  On the contrary, a specific list of problematic parts/devices/etc might be a better direction.

Well the cisco mpi airo 350 internal wireless card won't work with wpa under tcl 2.11.6.  Is there somewhere in the wiki I can stick that information?

Just a side note. TC 2.x is not supported anymore, no sense to collect any hw info related to obsolate sw. Use TC 3.0 instead.
