Does Xorg-7.4 work in the standard tc - i.e. without remastering?

You look to have an intel graphics chipset, which usually don't work well confless - do you have a working xorg.conf for use with the remastered tc?

(EE) intel(0): AGP GART support is either not available or cannot be used.
Make sure your kernel has agpgart support or has
   the agpgart module loaded.

Did you include the graphics-2.6.29.1-tinycore extension in your remaster?

Your Xorg.0.log was showing errors because "agpgart" was missing - this module is in the extension graphics-2.6.29.1-tinycore.tcz
