New user, installing with that user

Perhaps I didn't catch it on the wiki somewhere but can you even install apps with another user other then tc?

Ive added a user for myself and when I try to install an app/extension I get permission denied.

As another user you'd need to add yourself to /etc/sudoers, at least.
The only barriers that can stop you are the ones you create yourself.

Use the "user=" bootcode, which logs you in with the defaults for user tc (including sudo and ability to install extensions).

Example: user=r0nin101011
