Opera10: something is missing here [solved]

Booting with 2.6RC4 (plain ISO boot, no extensions, and no backup) I'm getting the following messages when I try to run opera:

You most likely still have a previous upload before I added the english locale to the main extension that contains the license.  Try downloading again from the main ibiblio repo.

You were right, I must have picked up the extensions for my private mirror before your announcement (and presuably a further little change to the repository).
