my intention for asking about it because it conflicts with rarian in gnome-desktop-base and gnome-doc-utils is a dependency of gnome-desktop-base

another solution for me is to remove scrollkeeper dependency from gnome-doc-utils
it looks like a run-time dependency so not a must have in dep list of gnome-doc-utils ?
