This extension has been compiled as a test to see what advantages the latest version of ghostscript might bring. The files in this extension are created by compiling both the gs application and libgs, but don't appear to be required to use cups or gsview.

This extension might be required, together with either gs-8.70 or libgs-8.70, to use ghostscript printing directly or foomatic-rip.
