Ownership of /opt/bootlocal.sh

In a clean install of 2.5rc1, /opt/bootlocal.sh has root:root 755 ownership. But in my upgraded setup, the file is root:staff 775. Which one of these should be the standard way?

In 2.5rc2, Menu > Tools > Add_to_Bootlocal does not work.
But "sudo add2file /opt/bootlocal.sh" does.

root.staff. Good find. Fixed in 2.5 final.
