Appbrowser bug?
« on: October 15, 2009, 10:19:49 AM »
In my usb install of microcore (on vbox) my appbrowser not updated
In chat kingd recommended this command "tce-fetch.sh info.lst && grep tint2 info.lst" as shown in the image.
If is search tint on the list is not find but i watch the list without any search the program is in list!

same thing for the iso tinycore

What do I have? curable?

Edit: this also happens to Xmahjongg but not for more older package like audacity for example

This brings up 2 possible issues.  1: The info file only contains the name of the app in the title field, that was laziness on my part, I apologize.  2: The search function in appbrowser does not search in the title field, could this feature be added to appbrowser?

the 2° hypothesis is impossible, i search the text "openbox" present in the description of tint2 and dont find anything :/

Perhps you are a bit too fast on the trigger. The search function is updated once a day.
So newly posted extensions will appear in search function by next day.
