Can TC be setup to print in PPR mode booting off CD?.....[removed due to policy violation] says TC must be installed on the computer.....not sure what that means.....

I don't see why you couldn't boot from cd and use extensions stored on a hd or usb stick to enable printing.
You just need to decide what system you'd like to use to print - cups, ghostscript, hplip, etc...

You need some way of saving your settings.
Or you will need to set up the printer every time.
You could run from a cd and save things on a hard drive or usb drive.
You could also make a modified cd with your settings.
It would be simpler to install Tiny Core on a hard drive or usb drive.
