If you don't like, use Ctrl Alt  's' for shorter and 't' for taller.

I could probably arrange it to try to keep the bottom of the window fixed while the top moves up for a Ctrl+Alt+PgUp as long as there is room above the window, down for a Ctrl+Alt+PgDn.  However, if the top of the window is already at the top of the screen and the user presses Ctrl+Alt+PgUp, the bottom will have to move anyway.
