I'd like to update img2pdf and eliminate its dependency on python3.9.

I actually rebuilt img2pdf so that it depends only on python3.14, which is convenient. Unfortunately, the extension is now quite large (17M). I submitted it.

If the extension is not suitable for inclusion in the repo due to size, please feel free to reject it. No hurt feelings :)

I re-submitted the extension, done correctly this time (56K) :) Sorry for the noise--python is not my forte.
