Install and Run with ttyS0 console only

Hi All,

Tiny looks very promising for my needs. I have small headless board capable of running with a large amount of spinny disks.

I need to use MD0's and SSH / Webmin maybe - I can get the boot to go via the ttyS0 but when it comes to the actual login - root - says its appearing on tty1 (vga?) that I obviously don't have.

I can tab to edit the options - is it possible to bring the login onto my ttyS0 which is working for the initial part just not the login -

You just need to edit the inittab file in /etc to enable a tty on ttyS0.
If you search a little bit in this forum I think you can find what you need, search for inittab.
