White or coloured prompt

Hi,

could tell me anyone, what´s the differend between a white prompt and a coloured.
I installed TC on Raspi 4 and the first installation worked with GUI. After a failure in bootlocal, I installed the OS again. At boot the first screen the prompt ist coloured and after a change of screen, the prompt ist white. Why?
