Flashing picore_15 Issue

I'm having trouble flashing the picore onto my pi zero and i was curious if anyone else has had the problem. I'm new to the micro computer/controller world and i'd love some help the issue i think is the download from chrome from an unsecure website because tinycore is http. and suggestions on what to do?

Did you unzip the download, and burn the .img file?

Do not try to directly write the zip file
