Hi jbbum
Here are some options:
Run  mirrorpicker  if you want to let it try again.
Run  tcemirror  which will present you with a list of mirrors to choose from
Look in  /usrlocal/share/mirrors  and copy one from there.

Can you specify what 'strongest site' means?

This could be a translation issue. I'm sure he meant fastest.

I did mean fastest mirror.  I can get another mirror after rescanning from the apps program.  A list of mirrors is then available to pick from.
