set up TC which did search for strongest site.  Now gives warning connection refused when trying to download tcz.  distro.ibiblio.org is the site.

Where is the file that strongest mirror ip is written to?

Hi jbbum
Here are some options:
Run  mirrorpicker  if you want to let it try again.
Run  tcemirror  which will present you with a list of mirrors to choose from
Look in  /usrlocal/share/mirrors  and copy one from there.

Can you specify what 'strongest site' means?

I did mean fastest mirror.  I can get another mirror after rescanning from the apps program.  A list of mirrors is then available to pick from.
