my extensions disappear.
« on: January 24, 2022, 07:51:23 AM »
So i just downloaded the iso file of 21MB and booted it. I install firefox wthout any problems and then i shut it down and after some time i turn it back on. Firefox just disappeared. I searched the problem up and I found the Q&A site that said: If you forget to boot with this option and are already at the desktop, then from the icon launch bar select Control or the system menu ControlPanel. Select Set TCE Drive and you will be prompted to select your drive partition for the tce directory. I launched the Control Panel and then i don't know how to continue

Hi justaguy.
Welcome to our forum.
You are treating it like a live CD, so everything stays in RAM.
At the bottom right, there's a "SET" button next to a red bar saying "/tmp/tce/optional"
Click that to set your TCE drive.
Note that, the extensions will not be copied this way.
I suggest you download the official installer.
It's called tc-install-GUI
