I was honestly waiting for 19.0.1, which would surely come out a few days or so after I packaged 19.0.  But it is simple to update, and since there are some tangible reasons to update to 19.0 I will go ahead and  do it.

Firefox 19.0.1 is suppose to only address Windows 8 users and doesn't have any newer updates from 19.0 for the Linux users. Thanks for uploading Firefox 19.0 today.

Windows 8 only: Fixed stability issue for some AMD Radeon HD graphics cards.

Firefox just released version 19.0.2 only to address a security issue.

Title: Use-after-free in HTML Editor
Impact: Critical
Announced: March 7, 2013

Description

VUPEN Security, via TippingPoint's Zero Day Initiative, reported a use-after-free within the HTML editor when content script is run by the document.execCommand() function while internal editor operations are occurring. This could allow for arbitrary code execution.

I am just replying here, so it falls into my "show new replies posts" when others reply, and LinuxUser01 is already aware we will try for v
21 on another post.

I plan to be the maintainer of Firefox

Firefox is a big download so if you can afford the download, expect big updates to be a part of that decision.
For those who can not afford big downloads can I suggest you search for tags = browser and check the size TAB for the total.
Current Firefox total is over 40 Mb

thanks for reading

Hi aus9!

Seems that Firefox has been updated to 22. Just a reminder. Thanks for all you've done!

Moderators

If you agree, can this post be moved to extension requests, as that appears to be its main function?
I forgot I posted here.
So I posted in the extn request area to let ppl know I had submitted v 22 the other day.

Great moderators
##############

Can you un-sticky this post please.

coreplayer2 supplies firefox-latest.tcz in either 32 or 64 bit flavours, which IMHO is a smarter way to go.
--saves downstream maintainers having to submit a new TCZ each time there is a new  release.
