World Wide Web.

Hello Forum,

Just wondered who issues any prospective Global "World Wide Web" users with their numbers?.....their ip's?

I believe there are a couple of institutions who do it. . . . .

(because as  you may know, the "world wide web" exhausted all possible mathematical numbers it could issue on the system with ipv4 or something?.... they needed to do ipv6 ?

So when you buy the numbers, it's logged and correctly issued.
Where does all that happen for all global web IP address applications?

Sort of just like telephone number issuing.   (i believe)

Thanks

C
