ibiblio not in sync with repo?

I sometimes use the ibiblio mirror in a browser on my laptop to be able to quickly read .info files of tcz's.

Ran into trouble when I also used ibiblio to get the required  tczs to bring up wifi on a RPi0W. The wirelesss-KERNEL and firmware-rpi-wifi tczs have a different md5 checksum to the ones that are on the official repo.tinycorelinux.net.

Took me some time to figure out what was going wrong. Is ibiblio an official mirror? Why isn't it in sync?

It looks like ibiblio sync may not be working. The wirelesss-KERNEL and firmware-rpi-wifi tczs were updated Nov 28, 2020.
The http://distro.ibiblio.org/tinycorelinux/12.x/armv6/tcz/ repo hasn't updated since Aug 29, 2020.

There is a list of mirrors here:

Some of them are not up to date, probably because they sync off of ibiblio.
