PiCore - New Extension request - Mosquitto
« on: January 07, 2021, 03:56:36 PM »
Hi,

as I did not found it in the package list could you please consider to give us the Mosquitto broker program to allow us using (by example) a Raspberry Pi zero as a MQTT broker.

It is particularly usefull in home automation to collect informations on this network by using messages exchanges.

And if you can also add this light MQTT dashboard named Crouton it could be perfect.

Have a nice day.

Hi,

ok, sorry ;-)

But as it is my first entry in PiCore and I do not have any idea if I may run the Crouton with their command line :
  $ git clone https://github.com/edfungus/Crouton.git
  $ npm install
  $ grunt

Can you tell me if it will work and if it will keep it after rebooting ?
Otherwize how could I get it working ?

Sincerely thank you.
