Thanks to Manxmaus for:

Code: [Select]
Title:          qucs.tce
Description:    Quite Universal Circuit Simulator
Version:        0.0.15
Author:         see home page
Original-site:  qucs.sourceforge.net/
Copying-policy: GPL
Size: 6M
Extension_by:   Manxmaus
Comments:       Qucs is an integrated circuit simulator which means you are
able to setup a circuit with a graphical user interface and
simulate the large-signal, small-signal and noise behaviour
of the circuit. After that simulation has finished you can
view the results on a presentation page or window.

Thanks for suggesting this cool software! (compilation was really easy) - now my son is trying to get a blinking LED but while it easy to put together a little circuit it still takes some time to understand the concept of how the output is displayed. It seems that it is not possible to watch the LEDs blink. You have to create some graph to be able to watch the voltage?
