2.6.x re-evaluation of the kernel that provides the most basic and broad support

what's in the new kernels!?
operator instruction sets for new operators!?
new imposition protocols. even if not used,
new performance updates (runs its idle core in the background on multi-core processors.)

In summary, I think it should be evaluated in terms of basic functions.

It may be a right or an unjust thought.
but new functions; means more roots
large rooted trees; live paralyzed in vegetative life.
this is the future; it will put linux in vegetative life.

the question of the day! updated GCC compiler version 10
which kernel version is running on the lowest!?

According to this project, the minimalist TCL seems to have to think deeply in terms of philosophy !!!
