Hi xor
When you stop moving the window, does the screen eventually fix itself?

Hi xor

when the processor load reaches 90%
Could you write a code to temporarily turn off the show dragging frame content feature on the desktop!?

processes that force the processor,
slows down desktop access.
especially considering low system users
this feature makes sense :)

No.

You can probably do it yourself:
Quote
Opaque move/resize

Clicking on opaque move causes windows to be moved with their contents visible. If not checked, only the frame is displayed during the move. Opaque resize makes window contents visible during resizing, otherwise only the frame is displayed.
