Which version of tinycore are you using (9.x, 10.x, 11.x)?
I am using tiny core 10

Which architecture are you using (x86, x86_64)?
x86

Which extension are you having problems with (firefox, totem)?
my full screen not working in totem player itself

Which graphics hardware are you using with Xorg-7.7-3d?
Totem comes with Xorg-7.7.3d as dep, btw will it also work with vesa?

Thanks

This should start totem fullscreen:
Code: [Select]
$ totem --fullscreen video_test.mp4
..however it does not start totem fullscreen for me - perhaps because flwm was being used rather than the gnome environment.

I also do not have a video at my screen's native resolution available to test.

gnome-session starts the gnome desktop environment - I wouldn't particularly recommend it as it pulls in hundreds of extensions..

Hi, why I'm getting overlapping file browser when saving/ uploading files, is this about Xorg?

Are you asking why the file open/file save dialogue window goes off the bottom of the screen?

If so, this seems to be a problem with most gnome apps when used outside the gnome desktop.

I can add a local video from the totem menu, but I cannot find a way to play the video.

Using "totem video_file" from the command line plays a video without problems.

As I think was mentioned previously, totem will only play full screen in the gnome environment (CorePure64 only).

I'll check if I can play a video from the totem menu the next time I use the gnome environment.
