i wondered if an ARM compiled APP (below) would work in TCL?

They have a custom version for Raspberry Pi, running Raspbian.

but i wondered if the generic ARM version
would run on generic TCL for Arm? ............or is it CPU specific?......your ARMV7 TCL version?

sine i was thinking of using Orange Pi computers.
