tc-10.x Xorg-7.7-3d update

Please note that Xorg-7.7-3d has been updated in the tc-10.x x86 and x86_64 repos.

If you update, Xorg-7.7-3d, libEGL, libGL, libGLESv2 and llvm-lib should be updated at the same time.

Some notes:

* adriconf hardware dri options configuration tool added

* the swr software renderer would not compile, so it is missing for the moment

* vulkan drivers for intel and radeon included

* glxgears and glxinfo contained in mesa-demos

Looks like some xorg drivers need rebuilding.
