It's a needed dependency for irssi to work.

You need to specify architecture (ARM, x86, x86_64) and version (TC9, TC10, dcore).

perl5 is a dep of irssi and it contains libperl - what error message do you get?

The problem looks to be that irssi is expecting:

usr/local/lib/perl5/i486-linux

..but the current perl5 uses:

/usr/local/lib/perl5/5.28.0/i486-linux-thread-multi

..so it will need recompiling
